A memoir is about a specific period in the author’s life, or fits into a given theme. It focuses on the author’s transformation.
An autobiography features the entirety of someone’s life - or as much as they want to include. This can be for a certain period - say, your 30s and 40s - but is often more detail oriented than a memoir and is less about the transformation.
A business book focuses on the author’s business - how it came to pass, trials and tribulations, and lessons for readers. This often ties closely with memoirs (business-memoirs are popular).
